Bed Bug Treatment in London

Bed bugs hitch a lift on luggage, second-hand furniture and clothing, and London's busy rental market means they spread easily between properties. Our bed bug treatment is a fixed £180 for up to three rooms, with each extra room £60, paid per visit as you go.

Signs you have bed bugs

  • Itchy bites in lines or clusters, often on arms, neck and shoulders
  • Small blood spots or dark marks on sheets and mattress seams
  • Tiny pale shed skins around the bed frame or headboard
  • Live bugs in mattress piping, bed joints, sockets or skirting

How our bed bug treatment works

  1. 1

    Inspect

We check beds, headboards, furniture, skirting and sockets to confirm bed bugs and see how far they have spread.

  2. 2

    Treat

Affected rooms are treated with professional insecticide applied to beds, furniture joints, carpets edges and cracks.

  3. 3

    Follow up

Bed bug eggs can survive the first treatment, so a second visit roughly two weeks later is normally recommended.

How to prepare for your bed bug treatment

  • Wash bedding and clothes from affected rooms at 60°C and tumble dry on hot
  • Vacuum floors, mattress and furniture, then empty the vacuum outside
  • Clear the floor and under the bed so the technician can reach edges
  • Do not move furniture or belongings into untreated rooms

Bed bug treatment questions

How much is bed bug treatment in London?

£180 covers up to three rooms. Each additional room is £60. Pricing is per visit, so you pay for a follow-up only when it is booked.

How many treatments will I need?

Most bed bug problems need two visits about two weeks apart, because eggs are not reliably killed by the first treatment.

Should I throw away my mattress?

Usually no. Mattresses can normally be treated. Throwing one out can spread bed bugs to other rooms or homes on the way out.

Can I sleep in the room after treatment?

Yes, once the treatment has dried, which is normally a few hours. Sleeping in the room helps the treatment work as bugs come out to feed.
