Flea Treatment in London
Fleas usually arrive with a cat or dog, or are left behind by a previous tenant's pet, and the eggs and larvae live in carpets and soft furnishings. Our flea treatment is a fixed £180 for up to three rooms, with each extra room £60, pay as you go.

How our flea treatment works

Prepare
You vacuum thoroughly and have pets treated by a vet or with a vet-approved product before we arrive.

Treat
We apply a residual insecticide with an insect growth regulator across carpets, rugs and soft furnishings in each room.

After
Keep vacuuming daily for two weeks. Vibration from vacuuming makes the remaining pupae hatch and contact the treatment.
How to prepare for your flea treatment
- Treat your pets for fleas before the visit
- Vacuum all floors and furniture, then empty the vacuum outside
- Wash pet bedding at 60°C
- Clear floors of toys, shoes and clutter
How much does flea treatment cost in London?
Flea Treatment is a fixed £180 for up to 3 rooms. Each additional room is £60. So a 4-room treatment is £240 and a 5-room treatment is £300. You pay per visit, and only book a follow-up if you need one.

Why am I still seeing fleas after treatment?
Flea pupae are protected until they hatch. It is normal to see some fleas for up to two weeks while they emerge and are killed by the treatment.
How long do we need to stay out?
Normally until the treatment has dried, which is usually two to three hours. Pets should be kept out for the same time.
