Pest problems in Borough
Borough has Borough Market, Guy's Hospital, London Bridge station and narrow streets of old buildings full of food businesses. Homes here are mainly busy high streets and town centres, which shapes the pests we see and how they get in.
Rats in Borough
Near busy high streets, rats are drawn by food waste and bins and often get into flats above shops through gaps around pipework. In Borough, most rat call-outs trace back to drains or gardens. Rat Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Mice in Borough
Where homes sit above food businesses, mice can travel up through the building's shared voids and service ducts. In Borough, most mouse calls come in autumn and winter. Mouse Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Cockroaches in Borough
Cockroaches spread from commercial kitchens to nearby flats through shared drainage and pipework. We often trace cockroaches near Borough back to food businesses around Borough Market. Cockroach Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Bed bugs in Borough
Bed bugs are common in flats with high tenant turnover, especially above shops and near transport hubs. In Borough, bed bugs usually arrive with luggage, second-hand furniture or new residents. Bed Bug Treatment in Southwark is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
Fleas in Borough
Rented rooms near town centres sometimes have fleas left from a previous tenant's pet. Most flea calls in Borough involve a family pet. Flea Treatment in Southwark is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
