Pest problems in Camberwell
Camberwell has Georgian and Victorian houses, King's College Hospital and the busy junction of Denmark Hill and Camberwell Church Street. Homes here are mainly Victorian and Edwardian terraces, which shapes the pests we see and how they get in.
Rats in Camberwell
Rats in period houses tend to run under suspended floors and behind bath panels, usually after getting in through a broken drain or an old air brick. We find rats in Camberwell most often in gardens, under floors and in kitchens. Rat Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Mice in Camberwell
In converted Victorian houses, mice tend to travel between flats along old pipe runs and up behind boxed-in plumbing. Mouse activity in Camberwell peaks in the colder months. Mouse Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Cockroaches in Camberwell
Cockroaches in older conversions hide behind kitchen units and under sinks, where pipes pass between flats. Cockroaches in Camberwell are usually found behind kitchen units and appliances. Cockroach Control in Southwark is £120 per visit.
Bed bugs in Camberwell
Bed bugs can spread between flats in converted houses through gaps in floorboards and around shared walls. In Camberwell, bed bugs usually arrive with luggage, second-hand furniture or new residents. Bed Bug Treatment in Southwark is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
Fleas in Camberwell
Fleas are common in rented flats where a previous tenant had a pet, as larvae survive in carpets for months. In Camberwell, fleas usually come in on a cat or dog. Flea Treatment in Southwark is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
