Pest problems in Soho
Soho packs restaurants, bars, theatres and flats into narrow streets of old buildings, a constant supply of food waste for rodents. Homes here are mainly busy high streets and town centres, which shapes the pests we see and how they get in.
Rats in Soho
Around shops and food outlets, rats nest in service yards and move into buildings through gaps under doors and around cables. We find rats in Soho most often in gardens, under floors and in kitchens. Rat Control in Westminster is £120 per visit.
Mice in Soho
Flats above shops and restaurants often share voids with the business below, which makes mice a frequent problem. We treat mice in Soho most from October onwards. Mouse Control in Westminster is £120 per visit.
Cockroaches in Soho
Takeaways and restaurants are a common source, and the flats above them are where cockroaches most often spread. Cockroaches in Soho are usually found behind kitchen units and appliances. Cockroach Control in Westminster is £120 per visit.
Bed bugs in Soho
Bed bugs are common in flats with high tenant turnover, especially above shops and near transport hubs. In Soho, bed bugs usually arrive with luggage, second-hand furniture or new residents. Bed Bug Treatment in Westminster is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
Fleas in Soho
Flats above shops change hands often, and fleas left by a previous tenant's pet are a frequent problem. Flea problems in Soho often start after moving into a flat where a pet lived. Flea Treatment in Westminster is £180 for up to 3 rooms.
