Mice are the most common indoor pest we treat in Kensington and Chelsea, especially from October to March. In older housing in Kensington, Notting Hill and Earl's Court, mice travel under floorboards and through shared walls between homes. In suburban streets in Kensington, Chelsea and Holland Park, they usually come in from gardens in autumn through air bricks, garages and pipe gaps. In flats and over shops in World's End, North Kensington and South Kensington, they use pipe runs, boxing-in and service ducts.
A typical case is Notting Hill. Notting Hill's pastel terraces, garden squares and Portobello Road market put old buildings and food waste side by side. In converted Victorian houses, mice tend to travel between flats along old pipe runs and up behind boxed-in plumbing.
Much of the housing in Chelsea, Kensington and Holland Park is period houses and leafy streets. Larger period homes give mice lots of hiding places in lofts, cellars and behind built-in cupboards.
Much of the housing in Notting Hill and Earl's Court is Victorian and Edwardian terraces. Mice in period terraces use the voids under floorboards and behind kitchen units, moving freely between neighbouring houses.
We cover every postcode in the borough (SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, W8, W10, W11, W14):
Over the border in Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster, Wandsworth and Brent? Same service, same fixed price.
Survey: We check kitchens, boxing-in, under the sink, behind appliances and the loft to find activity and runs. Then we treat, explain what we found, and advise whether a follow-up is likely.
Mouse Control is a fixed £120 per treatment visit. There is no contract and no package of visits to buy up front. If a follow-up visit is needed, you book it at the same price.

It usually helps a lot, but mice move between flats through shared voids. Proofing your own flat is the best way to keep them out of your space.
